Guitars Plus has recently taken on ULBRICK Amplifiers. I spent about four hours at the factory recently and folks, from a manufacturing standpoint, these amps are second to NONE. I have been to many amp facilities over my career and Dave Ulbrick and his team have left no stone unturned in their quest for quality. Even the vinyl and the feet are NOT proprietory items. Every piece of this tonal masterpiece has been thought about carefully. We have sold a handful already - Venue 30 IN STOCK. Stadium 80 available to try by appointment (it belongs to Simon Croft and we'll need one days notice) then come on down for a sonic treat!. The best sales thus far are the Venue 30 - with reverb and vibrato. You'll never need another amp we reckon!

RESTRING THAT THERE GUITAR!!!
Restring frequently and clean strings after use. Just as Lewis Hamiltons McLaren F1 racer (very unlucky in Hungary - puncture) is only as good as his tyres - so too your guitar is only as good as it's strings. Lewis Hamilton actually loves playing the guitar and it's my bet he uses D'Addario!
D'Addario prices are down to $10 for XL Electrics and $13 for J series acoustics so there is no excuse not to have your axe sounding it's best! Bass strings are lower too and there are special low pricing for three packs and ten packs. Three packs for XLs are only $24 and J series $33, thats $11 per set - your guitar, bandmates and audience will love you for it!

Tone amplitude and intonation are all dramatically improved with fresh strings. If putting them on is daunting let one of our team do it for you, $45 gets you a restring with a checkover, $75 plus strings is a full service - $85 in total, as if your guitar was going to be sold in our showroom.

Our dollar seems to be in free fall - (nearly down to 86c usd 14/08/08), and as there is no GST on exports, now could be good time to try our excellent export department. The lack of gst (tax) is often is enough to cover shipping.
